the scooter is awesome, it's long enough and heavy enough to give a fantastic ride. the only challenging thing is the assembly instructions are printed very small and hard to read and they definitely do not give you sound instructions. I recommend you watch a YouTube video on how to assemble the bike.

does not go 25 mph do to battery 22 at most. don't like hills. on mode 2 speeds at 17 and get 10 miles on one power bar there's five. and the motor is not 650w it's 500w. Highly highly recommended. Awesome scooter lights are good at light. Speed controller is awesome when u learn it's true power. Great to start off with.

The truth is;

My scooters seat and basket had issues but In truth I still attempted to ride it, I'm 6'0, 233lbs, and the scooter definitely reached 25mph, I've reached 26-27mph going down hills in easy mode. The climb is 30• listed but I've done 60• just fine, the battery could last longer but it depends on the conditions and how much the scooter is working overtime like Weight, Road, Wind, etc…Definitely recommend just if you have issues reach out to customer service.
