This was one of my best purchases of the year. It was a gift for a relative who doesn't have an ice maker refrigerator and not enough space in her small freezer to stack ice cube trays. We plugged in the machine added water to the fill line and ran a few cleaning cycles before running to see both sizes of ice cubes. This machine is so incredibly fast that we had several little baggies of ice within a half an hour. This is going to be so handy!

Great customer service

Great customer service. 1st one I had stopped working. Customer service took immediate care of the problem. Within an hour I had new machine on my counter. Worked great. Fire in my trailer and it was destroyed. I bought Mainstay again.
