It seems simple enough but it won’t connect to my laptop. It won’t print a test page either. I’m not the most tech savvy so that’s why I chose this item. But if I have to spend 30m trying to get it to print I don’t think I’ll keep it.

thought about returning it

it doesn't hold the paper rolls within the unit, its difficult to keep the rolled paper alined during printing so it crunches one side of the paper, i thought i was getting the 300 dpi but its only 200 dpi. and it could have come with a little more paper to learn how to use.
