MSI Thin 15.6 inch FHD 144Hz Gaming Laptop Intel Core i5-13420H NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 - 16GB DDR4 512GB SSD Gray (2025)

Was shopping specifically for a laptop with dedicated graphics card that can boost graphics intensive apps so had to be Nvidia with cuda cores. I couldn't believe when I saw that this laptop actually have RTX 4600 with 8 gigabytes of memory and on sale I believe for 650$. The cpu is decent enough actually quite good fast and efficient when needed. I customized the power management for high performance since I rarely use it on battery alone but when I do I have plenty time to work on my car and do diagnostics and flashing my ECU if need to. I was worried that chassis is plastic but it's high quality and feels nice. There's plenty of cooling vents and I didn't have any overheating issues even keyboard stays comfortably warm under heavy usage. I am also using laptop stand with arrays of fans underneath so in my case graphics card could have been fine with full 105 watts of power but unfortunately it's limited to 45 watts from the factory. I am sure I can use a modified firmware and fully unlock it but there's no need for it everything runs great and fast. I upgraded to 64 gigs of low latency ram, added 2tb sata ssd and upgraded main nvme m2 drive to Samsung 990 pro 2tb now it's a true beast workstation. I love the fact that I don't have to be stuck with my HTPC in order to run multi seat home theater calibration. This laptop is great for Lightroom, Bamboo Studio, car tuning and Home Theater calibration.

This computer is absolutely amazing. Does everything I want for my online gaming. This computer has surpassed all my expectations for all its abilities. Love the lighted keyboard. The only thing that I dislike is the battery life on this computer is awful 2 or 3 hours tops but if you keep it plugged in it's lights out lightning fast..
