Set it and forget it.

The size capacity for a chicken or turkey is the actual maximum, but it does work. The result with a bird a couple pounds over that weight was difficult but results were excellent. Since then I have done several things and all have been great with the included accessories. Consult the instructions but once you've done a few things you'll have no trouble getting excellent results. Clean up takes a while, but everything that needs cleaning come out easily. I spray the removable trays with cooking spray and things clean up very quickly after cooking.
