Super no thank you. Though they did ship out my replacement quickly the first one I received had caked on food, no packaging and was discolored. Thank goodness I looked before I gifted it to my daughter. It was my first time buying a refurbished item and I will not be doing it again.

Item took a while to get shipped and the rice cooker had more than one dent despite being ‘refurbished’. Thankfully for them I’m not persnickety about those kinds of things. It works so I’ll keep it.

I was delighted with the price and the quick delivery of my package.

I will give this seller 5 stars if they make good on the advertised finishing spray and send it to me since it was not included in the package they sent to me.

I already gave a review...??? Its great. but does not have all the assessories that cane with the one we had from 40 years ago (that just bit the dust this year)
