I was struggling with a rubber mat and a pillow trying to rig up something for my granddaughter. Of course everything just slid around. This booster seat is perfect~ straps to the chair, doesn't move. It's the perfect "boost". She can sit on it independently, and it does have a safety belt.

Booster seat

Great little booster seat. Keeps the grandkids safe and allows them to dine at the kitchen table. Good space saver as it eliminates the need for a high chair ( for toddlers). They seem to like the seat.

Arrived pretty compressed but it didn't take long to fully expand. Like to have the straps to keep our little grand daughter more secure while she's on the seat.
