Disappointed and still waiting!

I was missing a part and there wasn't a number to call and I had to go through Walmart which took me 45 minutes. Finally Walmart got a hold of the manufacturer. 5 emails and 3 pictures later I'm still waiting to hear when the part will be shipped. So, I have a nice kitchen set minus one chair. I'm very disappointed with the manufacturer/supplier.
