faulty chair

It's a pretty set but had one faulty chair. The chair leg was shorter than the others built 5 chairs..all perfect and one was damaged. I Contacted the company and ms mary asked for pictures of the damaged chair. Which I sent. Showing her various images of the shorter leg. she actually questioned our building skills so disappointed in the company and representative. Never received credit or a replacement chair or piece. Would not recommend.. Customer service should be %231. i also have worked in customer service
