It arrived in a vacuum packed bag. It WILL be wrinkly when you first get it out of the bag but wear it a bit and the wrinkles come right out! It is VERY soft and warm! The first one I got did not shed but the 2nd one did shed a little, no big deal however. I like the elastic cuffs on the sleeves and generous pockets! I got two in the "C-Custom Dog" pattern (looks like a Corgi!) and one in "B-Custom Sushi" as a gift and the recipient loved it! The only downside was the placement of the pattern isn't exactly as shown in the picture. For the dog one, the one shown in the picture show the 'tail end' of the dog at the throat but it's overlapping the hoodie so it isn't as clear as the one on the product page. The 2nd one did not have the 'tail end' of the dog in the same spot. The pattern is the same as in having the dog bones, little paw prints and the face and tail end views, just the placement varies. In the picture, the person is 5 feet 4 inches around 230 lbs. It hits to about the knees. There IS room if you're taller/heavier. For under $20, it is DEFINITELY worth it!

Super comfy and warm. It fits a little short, comes to my knees %26 I'm 5'2”. The hoodie part opening is a little small. It's heavy and definitely keeps you warm. Good price competitive with other vendors. Only downfall is it's a pullover and not a wrap.
