When using the vehicle belt, installation is simplified with SecureTech™—Safety 1st’s innovative technology that solves the most common installation problem 7 out of 10 parents unknowingly have: loose vehicle belt tension. The red-to-green visual indicators show when the seat belt has tension.
The ultra-lightweight design at just under 8 lbs. makes it simple to carry, too. The 4 harness heights are designed to give your child a better fit from 4–30 lbs. and less than 32". The harness adjusts easily from the front of the seat with a simple pull to securely fit your child. The buckle adjusts in two ways so that you can customize the length and the buckle’s position on your child. Since every car is different, you can also adjust the base height for the right fit to your car.
Your baby will be nice and comfortable relaxing in the soft fabrics and plush padding. Smaller babies get the extra support they need with head and body inserts that can be removed as they grow.

Honest Review from Busy Mom
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this infant car seat. I am a mom of two and have tried out many different infant car seats over the years and this one is definitely one of my favorites. I love the look and design. It is very modern and sleek looking. The material is padded and very comfortable, yet secure. It is super lightweight (under 8 lbs) which is great for me being on the go chasing after my toddler. Adding to the convenience, is the slide out feature. While attached to the base in the car, you can slide the car seat towards you making taking the baby out of the car a breeze. I have a very small car and had to previously bend over to take the car seat out. This slide out feature makes it easy to slide the seat towards me saving me a backache. I will be honest that I do not do this every time I take my baby out, as it does require an extra step, but I do appreciate having the option. You simply squeeze the trigger and pull towards you. I think many people could benefit from this feature! Installing the car seat base to the car took less than 5 minutes. You simply push the clips into the car latch anchors. It even has an indicator that turns green to tell verify that the base is properly installed. I loved that this takes all the guess work out of it. Once secured, it does not move at all which makes me feel more confident that the seat is in correctly and my baby is safe. Overall I am very happy with this car seat.
Luxurious infant car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this infant car seat feels sturdy with a heavy base where the seatbelt either locks the seatbelt in snugly or you can use the quick connect clips. I did appreciate the fact that this seat base felt heavier because it also feels safer. My daughter seemed very comfortable in the seat and she was either smiling or sleeping in it the majority of the time! This is important to us and our baby girl needs to feel comfortable! My favorite feature was the slide out mechanism where you can smoothly slide the base out and attach the car seat without having to lean into the car as it brings your child closer to you. It's a nice, luxurious feature. Overall it is a very nice car seat and I would highly recommend it! I could even fit this seat next two my two older boys car seats- so a successful three across in a bench! This is a nice perk for those looking to have all three kiddos sitting on one row. Now I have a Range Rover Sport and the one feature of this car seat in this particular truck that I wasn't super excited about was that it didn't allow for much legroom in the front seat for my husband because this seat is a bit on the big side when it comes to legroom space. I don't think this would be a problem in our Ford F350 crew cab though, we just happen to enjoy riding in the Range Rover more for our family vehicle. No more carseat wrestling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carseat has fixed everything I hate about carseats! It's so light I did a double take when I picked it up the first time! Install is silly easy (the grandparents could even install it without watching a video). The slide feature reduces the hunch into the car and makes the wrestle with two kids so much easier. I'm going to buy a second for my parents to tote the baby because I know it'll be so much nicer on their bodies!
