This carseat was very affordable. It fits my rather chunky 4 month old comfortably, and he doesn't look scrunched up like he was starting to look in his infant seat. I would highly recommend this seat if you're on a tight budget like I was but still want a carseat safe enough for your LO.

Good for the price, not tons of padding

It's a decent car seat for the price but padding leaves what to be desired. Doesn't seem like it would be very comfortable for my baby. I ended up returning and purchasing a more expensive seat (discounted for cyber monday so ended up being just a bit more than this one) with better padding. Did not try to install so cannot comment on that. It does have a nice sleek look. Should be okay for short term or intermittent use, or if you need something cheap and don't mind the lesser padding.
