      Life-changing

      This watch has helped me lose so much weight and keep me accountable every day to some type of commitment whether it's the days that I commit to go hard or days on recovery, I can track everything and that really shows consistency and discipline. The new upgraded version keeps me from having to bring out my blood pressure cuff every day and also it's nice to see where I'm physically at with how much age I have compared to my real age due to how healthy my readings are.
