Love this heating pad for my neck %26 shoulders! I have a heating pad like this one but this is thick and soft and has more settings for heat level and timer. I would def. Recommend and I am going to buy another one to keep at my office when I need it.

This one works

I have significant neck pain and could not even turn my head as a side effect of recovery from surgery. Getting heat around the sides and back of my neck just wasn't working heat backs etc. But this wrap goes high up on the neck and stays there. Also the heat range and automatic turnoff provide sufficient heat and also safety. The only flaw is the snap closure. It's not adjustable and too loose so I hold it. I will probably add velcro or a clip for that.
