so far, not much that i dislike! i pinched a nerve in my neck and under my shoulder blade a few weeks ago and this thing has been absolute heaven! it has 9 heat settings and 4 time settings. it was a bit stiff coming out of the package but as i use it, it starts to mold to my neck and shoulders. i use heat setting 5 for 90 to 120 minutes then let it rest for about an hour or so. i almost have folk range of motion looking over my right shoulder since i started using this item!
