      Step 1 - Open the lid, turn the massage head to the open position and start using it. Step 2 - Squeeze the bottle and apply a large amount on the desired position. Step 3 - Use the built-in massage head to roll up and down on the neck, apply the cream evenly and massage until it is completely absorbed. Step 4 - Use twice daily for 2 to 3 months for best results.

      Not sure how I ran across this product, but glad I did! Ordered because anything of this type is usually priced MUCH higher and beyond what I can pay. Felt like this was a reasonable risk and it has indeed, thus far, been so. I've been using it for one week. I did miss one day - so 6 days total. The picture on the left shows day one [before application] and the picture on the right is seven days later. The "crepe" skin IS still visible, though I do feel it has improved. What surprised me was the improvement in the skin on both sides of my neck look better. I wasn't expecting that. I am very pleasantly surprised and happy with this purchase.
