This set was so so pretty and they stack so well. I wanted to find something that would fit in my small cupboards and the stacking helps tremendously. My favorite thing about the plates are the rims they have because they keep everything from sliding off. I will say the bowls were a little smaller than I expected BUT they are good for portion control if that's something you struggle with
