Bought these for our daughter for Christmas I feel it's time we start eating off of glass or stoneware and not the plastics for the melamine for toxic reasons. She does love them. It has taken her some time to love them, but they they're a little bit heavier, but she does love them now the color she thought could've been a little darker, but she is very, very satisfied with them.

I was looking for a set for family dinners parties and saw these and fell in love. They are high quality and look beautiful. I bought 2 sets. There is a lip on the plates that is nice to keep food and liquid on. Also, depending on your portion we use the smaller plate a lot. I highly recommend!
