This mascara proves that you do not need to spend mega money for a good product. I bought the brown as I thought black might be too harsh on my 75-year-old eyes. It did help to curl them and no clumping. I always have a "used clean mascara brush from a previous tube" handy to help comb my mascara if and when my lashed cling together. The clinging often happens with any mascara, expensive or cheaper. I will buy this mascara again as I think it worked well for me. The curved bristle brush helped w/my thinning lashes. (Also: I used a mascara primer prior to applying the ELF mascara) That really helps!

It's easy to remove when you want to remove it, but won't just smudge off throughout the day. I'm not a makeup expert, and this is the first mascara I've ever tried, but I think I found THE ONE!!
