I had surgery on my ankle, bad break. This was suggested to help heal! I did. Taste is good. Shaken well, %26 re shake and dissolves pretty well. At midway of my surgery, I got a sore from my soft cast, but my wounds were healing well. I had to return to have my hard cast redone, within 4-5 days, my sore was gone. Put 4 stars as it pricey! I was not going to re order till my cast was to come off, but I did. I feel I didn't need to. Just my take. Oh order this flavor on Walmart as Walmart had a bit more selection of flavors than on Amazon. When I needed it this product.
