I love this bike elliptical LT7 FreeStep. I use it every other day and it feels invigorating. I am partially disabled for walking and this is a fantastic substitute. Even when I think "oh gee I don't want to exercise right now" I get on the FreeStep and select one of many programs or just use manual and then I begin the feel good immediately. It is fun to us, it is a good workout and it is relaxing to use. It gets all the kinks out of your shoulders and neck also. Your body starts having a good time and 30 minutes peels away before you know it.

Wonderful Machine!

At 74 years old I was looking for a machine that would be kind to my body and help me move when it is either too hot or too cold outside. I have thyroid issues so walking in the heat is much worse than walking in the colder months - however there is the snow and ice to contend with. The LT7 is perfect and I haven't missed a day since it was delivered! It takes up surprisingly little space compared to the treadmills I have owned in the past and it is much easier on the joints. I look forward to using it each day - something I have not experienced with other exercise machines!

Helping manage arthritis pain

This is the best workout I have done since being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees and left hip. I started with 10 min per day and 3 weeks later can easily do 30 min per day. The bike was very easy to assemble, it was packaged to perfection. It was easy for me to move around. It make zero noise. In my opinion, the bike is more "compact" in person than it appears on screen. I was concerned it would be too bulky for my workout room space - it is not at all.
