The LT7 is the Best Version of the Freestep Series

I bought the Freestep LT7 to replace my LT1, which I had been using regularly for the last 6 years. The LT7 is more solid, and the new display panel makes it easier to control resistance levels and provides numerous programs helping to vary my workouts. The seat can adjust back and forth for a more comfortable sitting position and it's much easier to adjust the seat back. I enjoy using my Freestep even more now.

LT7 for better health and fitness

Just started Androgen Deprivation Therapy for recurring prostate cancer. With all the physical changes involved, I started a fitness program to offset negative impacts. After a thorough review of exercise equipment for aerobic workouts, I decided on the Teeter LT7 Elliptical Recumbent Cross Trainer. I am 74 years old and this cross trainer is perfect for what I'm attempting to do. Combined with a regular weight lifting schedule, I am keeping my weight under control and, much to my surprise, have increased energy. This product is well designed and safe to use. I believe I made the right decision to go with Teeter to meet my fitness needs. Give it a try.

Helping manage arthritis pain

This is the best workout I have done since being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees and left hip. I started with 10 min per day and 3 weeks later can easily do 30 min per day. The bike was very easy to assemble, it was packaged to perfection. It was easy for me to move around. It make zero noise. In my opinion, the bike is more "compact" in person than it appears on screen. I was concerned it would be too bulky for my workout room space - it is not at all.
