Assembly was challenging The directions were not step by step. There were extra peices and they were labeled well. Once I had to take it apart that went out the door. I've put alot together and had to call in backup. We got it together and I love it. Not the most sturdy I think that would add weight,Im okay with that trade off. I was worried about canapy beign easy to remove. Its not graceful but, can be taken off. Mine went through a heavy rain windy storm. I found it in 2 peices. the seats had come off and sat on my deck. The frame with canopy were over the railing and in my yard. Nothing bent or broken. I did need to retighten in places a few times.
