Costway Converting Outdoor Swing Canopy Hammock 3 Seats Patio Deck Furniture beige

It looks pretty. Not sturdy enough to charge $500 for it though! Even on sale, thats ridiculous. Mine came with scratches and stained/dirty in different places. It looked like it was a return because manufacturer had screwed a couple parts wrong together and whoever got it before me forced the swing part, bending the steal beams.. how are these beams able to bend like that?! Easy, cheap materials. E-mailed back and fourth with Walmart and then manufacturer, only to be told that I can just fix it myself and they can offer me $90 discount for it. That made me laugh! Screw is stripped, metal bent and fixture put together wrong by manufacturer and the whole swing part needs to be replaced, and their option is to give me a discount to dispose of a bunch of metal away.. I cant use that swing without it working and clearly needs to be replaced when metal is bent and screws are stripped. They eventually agreed to refund me in full and now I need to get rid of the swing part and find something else in place I can attach to the base. Giving this 4 stars because both Walmart and Costway worked with me promptly to handle my refund. When an item doesnt do what it was made for, but customer service is there and do their part to work with you, to me thats important and it builds trust in the manufacturer and seller. So for that alone, heres a big THANK YOU!!! I appreciate good customer service on any given day.

I love it as a swing. So relaxing!!! I bought this specific swing because it converted to a bed. As a bed, it's awful. It's short, the cushions are thin, the cushions are individual so they don't stay together, and there's a bar that goes right up the middle of your back. It would be much more comfortable if you added your own cushion/topper on top maybe? I'm a little sad that the bed portion is useless for me. :(
