I have never owned a Crossbody bag, but I wanted to have my hands-free as I use a walker. It holds my large cell phone my cards, an additional one or 2 inch thick materials. I like it that it has several zippers and compartments and it's black and it looks nice against my gray and black clothes. I recommend it it. It looks like something you could use casually or to church.
