Bad Delivery service

I would have Loved to of had this bag but my delivery driver by the name of Justin stole it! Called the support center and they got me in contact with the store. I got in contact with the store and they gave me the information to the driver. Try to call the driver and would not answer so I sent a text message with the information to the driver of the delivery disregarded the text message and now the bag is out of stock and I'm really upset about it :(
