I haven't even got to try the product up. It was delivered to my house the other day and when they opened it instead of a 10k, it was a 6K I wanted to see how the quality was so I opened up the box and inside the box with the used amplifier so I went online bid a refund and I gave my explanation and everything and all I wanted was for another one to be sent out the representative did that for me but then when I went on the app this morning the return was reversed and I'm still waiting so really bad on Walmart behalf for processing my return and then reversing it without no explanation no calling me or anything making me look like a fool waiting for FedEx to come here and pick up the box so I just gotta go back to Walmart. Do it myself get angry hear somebody's mouth things that I could've just all avoided. I'm gonna have to do now so you know it's really crazy man just Walmart or online Walmart plus stuff that we pay for and then we get problems almost every delivery and it's crazy because when it happens, they make it they make us feel like it's our fault and it's not really our fault for all the mistakes that they need to do is working to their delivery process and all those guys that they hired to do all the deliveries that are I don't know if you have anybody out there get some deliveries they know what I'm talking about….
