It’s ok. Radio came with minor scratches the screen display as if it had been refurbished or used. Bluetooth disconnects when connecting phone to usb cable in the charging port. I have to manually reconnect the Bluetooth to radio after this happens. Unfortunately, this item was ineligible for refund, so I’ll just have to deal with the minor flaws.

Awful seller. I bought a unit with Bluetooth, they sent me a unit without. When I called to make an exchange they had me send an email and never responded. Called again and no help. Terrible seller

That is another thing. Don’t even know why we have to deal with the seller when we did it when we bought it from Walmart if the seller made a problem or it’s the problem with the seller I think Walmart needs to take it over then not Customer. that’s one way for us to not have to stress and go through so many different channels Because like I called the seller maybe 4×5 times actually left four messages and still got no call back. It’s really bad man. It’s really bad you know the third-party said they don’t really care because they don’t. They don’t interact with us and Walmart makes it look like it’s so easy to contact any third-party center so they really need to look into this and then fix it and if they can’t give me a call, man I’ll help you guys fix it.

Hello Emmanuel! We reached a return containing a BLAUKPUNT item we do not sell. This is actually a competing brand, we are Power Acoustik the manufacturer and do not resell products. We carry our own registered and branded products. We want a Power Acoustik branded product returned to us when we ship a Power Acoustik branded product. We have contested the return with Walmart already as we are required to do when returns like this occur. We shipped this item out of our warehouse directly. We also processed the returned item the same. We have already provided images of the item received and are willing to return to you if a mistake was made.
