These shorts are super nice. Comfy, casual and dressy all at the same time. I love the extra pockets for my cell phone and stuff. Seem to be well made and should last for years. As far as fit. I wear a 40 waist. I bought these in a 40. Compared to my other shorts/pants (mostly Wrangler and Carhartt) these fit more like a 39. For me its no big deal. Just means I don't have to worry with a belt. Just keep in mind they are slightly small.
