Solid Gym Cage, Great Value

Just put this together in March 2026. Takes 2-4 hours for one person. This is a terrific gym, cage, very solid, nothing flimsy about this with support and all the right places. All of the accessories are high-quality — pretty impressed for the price. Feels like a $1000 plus piece of equipment. Maybe not hefty enough for a hard-core bodybuilder but fine for the average athlete. One trick on the instructions. To feed the top cable through all the wheels you have to completely remove the end fitting AND remove some wheels to feed through them.

Assembled it by myself with one hand in a cast. It took less time that it took me to assemble a king sized bed. It wouldn't be able to take and shouldn't be used for power lifting with big, big weight. But for a home gym, it's excellent and well put together. The lack of bearings on the weight guide bar gave me pause, but simply spraying it down with a silicone lubricant and it slides easily and without binding. Very impressed with it, a week into ownership. Especially for the money.

I know this is a cheap machine but it's all I would ever need. I love everything about it and the articulating arms or a game changer
