The assembly was a bit of a hassle, but the end product was great. It looks like the exact product on the site. The quality of the chair is great, and the material is comfortable. You have to plug in the chair in order to use the massage feature, sucks for me because I don'tcare to sit that close to the TV, and the cord isn't very long. I absolutely love this chair. It's great if you don't care to roll or move the chair while gaming. I dont care to recline in it unless I'm watching TV.
