Great project!

There are no bristle's it's a soft foam pad on a handle with an extra pad in the box. I just put lotion on the pad and use it on my back. It's so great because you don't need to have someone put the lotion on of you now you can do it yourself. Don't put a large amount on the pad. Just put enough to smooth onto the pad then apply. If you need more for other places then put a little more lotion on again.
