It is recommended to loosely start screws, and you should follow this for sure. Tighten them all once all are inserted and chair is put together. Product shipping was good and fast. Chair is very comfortable and rolls easily across the floor. Chair is good looking as well.

Metal Base resonates loudly on uneven surfaces
Heavy Duty Casters snap securely into Large "Metal", (Resonating metal!!!) good for chair balance and stability -HOWEVER, that METAL base resonates Very loudly as it transits across a floor protector. Ordering a chair that is sturdy and won't fall apart even if I gained back the 120%23's I lost - I got! Feels nice, but it does not fit me correctly. Too bad it will probably last for years longer than I wish. It is large %26 the delivery driver had problems moving the box which probably weighed more than he did. We had him just leave it and I took care of it. It assembled very easily! I almost never looked at the directions. Too bad Walmart did not have one to sit in or I would have picked a different chair that would fit my body. Sadly most chairs are not durable. Especially if kids want to climb on me. Instant weight and durability with stability are desirable then! Big, Heavy and seems to be well made!
