I purchased this same product a couple years ago. It seems the formula has changed. It used to have a pleasant hint of strawberry flavor. Now, it has a weird texture and no flavor. Also, made in China (the photos in the product description does not show this).

I have insomnia and have struggled for a long long to get sleep. I have tried everything and even melotonin in the past, which did not work before. Out of desperation for rest and concern about taking diphenhydramine every nightI decided to give melatonin a chance again. This time its working! I am able to fall asleep and get half a nights undesturbed sleep with 1 of these melotonin pills. they seem to disolve well and work pretty fast. I have already stocked up on my next bottle. Its a big bottle and last a while.

Work Exactly As Expected
These work very well. They do seem to have the correct dosage (it's impossible for me to know for sure but I've seen consumer report tests that show they're accurate) and they work well. I take only a quarter of one of these and I get sleepy within an hour. They don't actually improve my sleep quality much, but that's not a fault of the product but rather just not something melatonin is good at fixing. They do help fix my sleep schedule, which was the primary reason I bought them. Highly recommended.
