When using this product: drowsiness may occur; avoid alcoholic drinks; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away. If pregnant or breast-feeding: if breast-feeding: not recommended; if pregnant: ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Why pay more if you can get the same relief for less? As a chronic allergy sufferer, I have tried them all. This works just the same as the name brand counterpart, at a significant savings since I take it daily. I tried a different generic Cetirizine that came in a round pill instead of oval, and it did not work as well. I am pleased with this product and the savings.
