When using this product: drowsiness may occur; avoid alcoholic drinks; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away. If pregnant or breast-feeding: if breast-feeding: not recommended; if pregnant: ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. I am not sure why taste was a criteria lol but they aren't bitter/are coated so I voted five stars anyway same quality as the brand name for much cheaper. doesn't get much better than that. keep them around for both allergy and MCAS use in our household. effective, better than claritin, can even be a bit overkill on daily use when it's not allergy season. good stuff.

Put it this way...had to order it three times before I was successful as they were selling out, so I think it is a favorite with plenty of people.....I use one every day to keep a grip on my allergies.....then take a few days off to see how things are...but, as soon as the sneezing starts, I am back on it again....I have some big time allergies and this definitely helps. Good value.

Surprised to find a relief!
To be honest with you. I was skeptical when my mom (we both have allergies) gave me one pill to see if that stopped my non stop sneezing. It stopped in the track. Next day I took it. It really worked. So I went home and ordered this. Been taking this for several months. So far, it's very good results. I had used Zyrtec, Claritin, Allegra but they stopped working after a few years. This may stop in a couple of years but we'll see. Yes I plan on subscribe this every other month.
