Also you'll need a metric 14 %26 15 wrench %26 a metric 14 %26 15 socket %26 ratchet to get everything good and tight. You cannot get it tight enough to be stable in my opinion with wrenches provided, but that's probably to be expected. It is a bit an hour than I anticipated, but we are small stature people for someone larger. You need to take into consideration the measurements inside and compare them to a doorway or something , if a person was much larger than me I think it would be a little tight, however, for the arm workout station that you can utilize to strengthen your stomach and abs it has to be fairly close together to best rest your elbows on the pads. It is good for normal size people I'm sure it will be just fine. Easily moved around. I backed ours up against a couch to help stabilize as I am afraid it or any other of this design could be top heavy and dangerous around teens not paying attention.
