TASTY WHEAT CEREAL

I have enjoyed Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheats for 50 years or more. I prefer this size over the large biscuits they originally produced. They have been eaten as snack at our house, but my favorite way is with some really cold milk and fresh fruit, including bananas, strawberries and blueberries. The whole grain has a health benefit and seems to be more filling that the single grain cereals that are from a flour. The frosting on them adds to the crunch and has a good balance of sweet taste with the wheat. Fiber, carbs and proteins all in one bowl. Love this cereal.
