This roaster has a defrost for turkey. Saw it on the dial. Let me tell you it works. Even on a 22 lb turkey. Saved the day. Love it. My turkey was perfectly done moist. Was great.

I became interested in making bone broth and homemade pet food so I made the purchase. It is so convenient to cook a turkey as I have never had 2 ovens I now wish I had bought one years ago. I love the roaster especially as it has a defrost setting and will fit a 30lb. turkey.
