I love this roasting pan I got the roasting pan for my corn beef dinner and I will be using it for my Easter ham dinner! It cooks much faster than an oven. Clean up is so easy. Definitely recommend it. It cooked 9 lbs. of corn beef and all the trimmings in @ 3 hours on 350 degrees.

I absolutely love that the inner pan is removable, that makes washing soooooo much easier!! It's great for your holiday meals, I haven't met a turkey yet that this roaster can't cook. We've got a large family so we use it for so much more than the holidays. With tons of heating levels You can use it like an oversized crock pot or slow cooker. Pork loins and vegetables, stews and soups, casseroles and so much more!!! I recently heard you can even bake bread in it.... I'm definitely trying that soon!!

This ended up being the best purchase I've ever made. The roaster was easy to use. Cooking was much faster than in the oven, and cooked to perfection. The turkey was so moist and tender and delicious. It has a removable cooking pan and rack to place turkey on while cooking. It's simple to set the temperature and timer. I'm glad I had the presence of mind to purchase this.
