My early Christmas gift

I told my husband that I wanted this roaster when I saw it before thanksgiving. However, I didn't need it at that time, and I forgot all about it til a few days before Christmas and he was asking what I wanted. I was reading the reviews the good and the bad, let's just say I needed to find out why all the negative reviews were all about, and I really wanted this so I could free up my oven. I ordered it and it came 2 days before Christmas. The night before Christmas I took it out of the box and cleaned it up and prepared it for use the next day. We got up Christmas morning and prepared our turkey the way we normally do. While the turkey was cooking it smelled amazing, my husband opened the lid to find that the turkey was browning. When it was done cooking he was impressed by how the turkey fell off the bone. I have been cooking turkey for thanksgiving and Christmas for 27 years. I can't believe I have never had a roaster. I can't wait to see what else I can cook in it. As far as clean up goes, just like any other kitchen appliance or dish, treat it with a little tlc and it will last forever. I didn't have any problems getting it cleaned. My only complaint is that I didn't take any pictures of my turkey. 😔. I highly recommend this product. Happy eating and enjoy your holiday. 😊

I absolutely love that the inner pan is removable, that makes washing soooooo much easier!! It's great for your holiday meals, I haven't met a turkey yet that this roaster can't cook. We've got a large family so we use it for so much more than the holidays. With tons of heating levels You can use it like an oversized crock pot or slow cooker. Pork loins and vegetables, stews and soups, casseroles and so much more!!! I recently heard you can even bake bread in it.... I'm definitely trying that soon!!

Great Roaster

Great space saving roaster...Bought one for me and one for my daughter as Xmas gifts....Needless to say used mine for Xmas ham dinner....Put roaster on wooden TV tray and had the full use of my oven for everthing else...Did a 9lb ham in 2 hours !!! This roaster does get super hot so I'd advise to keep it away from curtains, etc and especially any little ones running around the area. ( there is a caution on the outside or roaster stating the outside surface gets hot}....Would recommend to anyone who really wants to free up the oven for baking, etc on the big holiday dinners....
