I cleaned these up cut them in equal sizes boiled them for a half of hour on medium high...pulled them out of the water put them on a sheet of aluminum foil loaded it up with brown sugar drizzle some olive oil them wrapped um up then popped them in the oven for 45 minute at 300...what a treat

DECENT CARROTS

These carrots were okay except they were all about the size of a pencil which made peeling them a real chore. They tasted okay but I have had others that were really sweet and delicious. But considering what I would have to go through to grow my own carrots these are a definite bargain.
