Great Value Garbanzos Chick Peas, 15.5 oz

These chickpeas are magic. The amount of things you can make from Them is unbelievable. I like to make hummus without tahini with them, blend them and add to mashed potatoes for extra creaminess, brownies, add to Mac and cheese (blended), bread w them, roast them into a perfect snack, “tuna” Salad without tuna, meringue, egg substitute in baking, add to a salad, add to a soup - the opportunities are endless but the delicious taste every time! The dip in pic- Can of chickpeas (rinsed) Fresh garlic (a ton of!) Roasted red peppers with this oil they are in Freshly squeezed lemon juice If not a lot of oil from those peppers, add olive oil. Salt A dash of Bouillon powder Garlic powder Paprika Onion powder I know that may not look outstanding to you but the taste is phenomenal!!!!!

WHEN I'M IN A HURRY FOR A QUICK MEAL, I OFTEN GRAB A CAN OF CHICKPEAS, ADD SOMETHING ELSE TO IT (VEGGIES, OLIVES, SUNFLOWER SEEDS) AND I'M DONE! GREAT VALUE GARBANZO BEANS ARE THE EQUIVALENT TO THE NAME BRANDS WITHOUT THE HIGHER PRICE POINT. IMHO THERE'S NO REASON TO BUY NAME BRAND IF I CAN GET THE SAME THING WITH A STORE BRAND FOR LESS.
