The phone itself is great and is one I've been wanting for a while. The Galaxy S10 lives up to my expectations; it has more storage than the S9 and is not as expensive as the S20. However, the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the box came unsealed. I ordered the item brand new on Walmart.com, not used or refurbished, and even looked up videos on how a brand new box is supposed to be opened. The box I received had no tape to prevent it from sliding off from the top unlike in the videos. I was concerned the phone would come broken, but when I opened it, the phone was just fine, and all the other items were packaged as if new. I was wondering if Walmart maybe gave me a returned item that was not used. I still took it to my provider and everything was fine. To this day, the phone is still fantastic and I love the curved edges. The speakers on this phone are also phenomenal. Although, I would not buy a phone on Walmart.com again and recommend purchasing inside the store instead.
