I didn't receive what I ordered. Yes I received the correct phone but I chose to go with this one because of the color. The phone got delivered and was not pink. I would have picked another phone if I would have known it wasn't the color it said.

I have had this phone for 2 months. 2 days ago, I started getting a message that said to put a sim card in the phone. Yes, I had a sim card in it. Yes, I've contacted my carrier. yes, i have done all the things to try to fix it. including my carrier assigning an esim card. Fixed it for about 1 hour. then started with the message about adding a sim card again. yesterday my phone stopped charging. It will not charge anymore. I'm not sure if this phone is a dud or if all Galaxys are crap. by the way, I have contacted the seller who tells me to do the things I have already done. Except now he wants me to contact a different carrier for a sim card. ?
