Beautiful but not reliable

It worked good at first bought it for my mom as a Christmas gift and she left it in the box untouched until after the new year and now after 3 months of using it there water doesn't go through and we trired cleaning it and trying different outlets but it doesn't even come on anymore

Great Pot, and brews fast and hot

I don't have Drew's counter space, but It is awesome. It's pretty, brews fast, and has all the great features such as choosing how long to keep it warm, and setting the timer for the morning. It coordinates with all her appliances and looks great. I had small pots, but not large enough for me (AKA coffee freak), so I went ahead and went back to a full sized coffee maker. VERY glad I paid the little extra to do so. I have always hated setting the timers and clock, and setting it to brew, but it was pretty straight forward.
