Sad it can't be assembled

I nor my helper are able to put together. Frustrated to have instructions not to match the bike I bought, metal frame is bent so putting together is impossible, screws are too wide for the intended spaces, tool set did not fit the size of screws intended to use. Wheel cover has crooked nut inside that cannot be removed, so cannot place over wheel straight and is shaky. I have put other bikes together with ease.
