Product didn’t fit. Return process has been a frustrating experience. Initiated a return/refund through the Walmart app but received an error. I then contacted the seller, RealTruck, directly — they were unable to locate my order even after I provided the order number, and claimed they didn’t sell the item. After sending screenshots clearly showing the product, order details, and RealTruck listed as the seller, they still couldn’t resolve the issue. Their team appears disorganized and lacks a reliable system for tracking their own sales

missing half the bracket and was told by Walmart they emailed them of the situation. it's been over 2 weeks and still no contact. Walmart says i have to go through them to get a new one or the missing part, but if nobody responds how can that be achieved?

Recieved broken and asked same day for a refund. Seller has not responded to me yet and it has been 7 days. FEDEX done a terrible job handling this item. The box was crushed and bent.

Since then, we’ve sent multiple follow-ups (June 14th, 17th, 18th, 21st, and 24th), but it appears our messages may not have been received or seen. Unfortunately, for damage claims, we do require photos in order to proceed and ensure a quick resolution for you. We are still fully ready to assist and make this right.
