The box it came in looked old and like it was opened and closed numerous times. It looked used and the cable wrap looked like I did it, so, I'm not surprised it doesn't work. It didn't come with instructions either. Very poor service. I won't be buying anything from CR20 Electronics ever.

Over all everything was very well. Good shipping and handlingand stayed on track with schedule and delivery. Five stars

Hard drive storage is only 512gb not 1024gb as indicated on the description. Look like the seller is not truthful when they advertise their product. Will not buy again with this seller.

Purchased a Laptop from this company after 2 1/2 months the plastic began to separate on the body of the laptop as well as around the screen. I contacted Walmart they said the would contact this 3rd party company that sold me the computer and they would get in touch with me within 48 hours which they did asking for pictures. I sent them the pictures and explained that this was no fault of mine that the plastic is just coming apart. After sending them the pictures they notified me that would not do anything about it that they don't cover physical damage. I would not recommend this company to purchase any computers as there customer service is TERRIBLE. Stay away at all costs !!

Had it 2 weeks. Returned. Still waiting for refund. Dont recommend purchasing from 3rd party sellers thru walmart. Hard lesson.
