I return a falsely advertised item to Walmart October 25, 2025. Since then I have received 4 emails from Rapid Rabbit LLC threatening me with disputing my refund, demanding tracking information on the returned item and opening a case against my "illegal behavior" as they put it. My refund has been processed fully by Walmart, Rapid Rabbit LLC is trying to bully and threaten a Walmart customer following the return of an item. I am reporting Rapid Rabbit LLC to Walmart and filing a complaint against Rapid Rabbit LLC with the Better Business Bureau.

The seller was fraudulent. I purchased the items Wednesday and by Thursday had been notified that the order changed and the computer was refunded less a shipping fee. The next day I received tracking information for the computer which was confusing. By Monday the item arrived and it was a small packet of makeup. They clearly are going to attempt to use the tracking information as confirmation that the computer was shipped in an effort to get money for nothing. Walmart should remove this seller from their website.

This seller is a SCAMMER, I never received this item %26 the USPS is looking into this for FRAUD!!! I will never buy from another third-party seller from Walmart again, because Walmart does not refund your money!!!

How would you like to order a Fitbit Charge 6, pay for it and then get the package in the mail and find that they had sent you a Nest Learning Thermostat! Now I am out my money until I can get it returned and then I will have to search another store, definitely NOT Rapid Rabbit LLC, for the Christmas gift. Hopefully they will be able to complete the refund before Christmas, my money doesn't grow on trees and need the refund to fulfill a promised present!
