Sold a laptop as new, with an expensive new price on it, but it was used. They even put what looked like a factory seal on the box to make it look like it was new. The 1 year warranty ran out a few months before I bought it, because it was sold 14 months before I bought it "new". Walmart refunded the full amount after I returned it. This is a scam, what they did.

Sent product missing items, false advertisment stating bundle. Contacted seller, only for them to basically admit sending laptop but not everything else. And then had the nerve to advise me to contact Walmart, instead of fixing issue on their end. Called Walmart which was only a run around headache. All I wanted was the missing items, which turned into advising to contact seller AGAIN to request return/refund. After reading reviews, I decided to not play games chasing my refund and just purchase missing items elsewhere and keep the laptop. My Christmas present to the seller. Why would you send out product knowly that all items are not available. I highly recommend to - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. False advertisment, plus read all reviews before hand.

Delight Tech Electronics, Two Cougars and Blue Ocean Inc are complete scammers. I paid for one thing and got a cheap, wrong item that looks like it came from a thrift store. They ignore messages, refuse refunds, and hide behind fake brand names to trick people. Packaging was trash, customer service nonexistent. This company is pure deception from start to finish—avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed in broad daylight.

1 month after purchase, I got a blue screen warning about a fan error. The computer will not allow me to proceed after receiving the message. The seller has been notified at least a week ago, but no response so far. Not impressed.
