The money WAS refunded. Then WE CAN LLC (SN RECORD) recharged my card allegedly telling Walmart customer service department that the item was sent back damaged. NO, this product was returned the way it arrived. Despite providing clear evidence showing the laptop arrived in this state, the seller declined to respond and refund my money. Unfortunately, this experience shows a lack of satisfactory customer service with We Can LLC (SN RECORD).
