The product was purchased on the 3rd, and it arrived the next day. After doing the start-up process, the laptop was used once. After having it for one week, the laptop would not boot. The screen stayed stuck on the Dell logo. I took it through the proper channels via the warranty. Dell was immediately contacted. After completing the troubleshooting with Dell's IT repair tech; I was advised to take the laptop to UBreakiFix for repair. I was informed by a UBreakiFix repair tech and DELL said the item was REFURBISHED AND NOT NEW. I went through the return process. The money WAS refunded. Then WE CAN LLC (SN RECORD) recharged my card allegedly telling Walmart customer service department that the item was sent back damaged. NO, this product was returned the way it arrived. Despite providing clear evidence showing the laptop arrived in this state, the seller declined to respond and refund my money. Unfortunately, this experience shows a lack of satisfactory customer service with both Walmart and We Can LLC (SN RECORD). Prospective buyers should exercise caution when considering a purchase from this shop. Very disappointed that Walmart would allow this company We Can LLC (SN RECORD) to advertise products and scam the customers.
